Kerawax 4140 Paraffin Container

Kerawax 4140 is a container soy wax blend made specifically for jar candles.

It is primarily soy-based but contains paraffin additives.

Soy-based blend (not 100% pure soy, but very stable)

Excellent scent throw (hot & cold)

Smooth tops, minimal frosting

Holds fragrance well (high fragrance load tolerance)

Comes in pastilles → easy melting & measuring

Fragrance load: 8–10% (some push to 12%, but test first)

Pour temp: ~60–65°C

Heat temp: ~75–80°C

Curing time: 7–10 days for best hot throw

Best for: Glass jars, tins, luxury container candles

• Overheating above 85°C (kills scent throw)

• Pouring too hot → sinkholes

(Always test burn, but these are solid starters)

Works well with ECO, Stabilo, LX series.
